Over the past few weeks my life has been hard. With having ADHD and Autism. So I thought of this.

Things that I do to keep my life on track:

1. Keep a journal
2. Keep a day planner
3. Go on MC and get advice from my friends
4. Extercise
5. Play video games
6. Avoid dairy
7. Walk to the store
8. Read a book in a quiet place
9. Say a prayer for my self and friends
10. Write letters to people

What do you guys think?

All of those--sans #6--seem all like good ideas. Why--unless you're already having a problem with 'em--avoid dairy products?

People with autism should avoid dairy because it affects them I was told.

Wow, I didn't know about the dairy thing. What type of journal do you keep, BHS? A detailed account about the day? A reflective look back? Or a little from column A, a little from column B type thing?

I tried keeping a journal for three months and kept at it religiously, and then one day I read it over and thought it was just too mundane so I stopped. Is it helping you?
