I'm not going into that whole "Veggie Monster" scare of ought four again, but I want to see if we can compile a list of everything Cookie Monster ever ate...

The Letter W
The Number 5
Plates
Painting of Cookies (on a couple occasions)
Boxes
An Avalanche (Balad of Casey McPhee)
A real truck
A Metalic tin
A Tie
the letter I
Guy Smiley (or at least attempted to)
his pipe (Monsterpiece theater)
Sign that said "don't" (which then read "Do")
A telephone
a typewriter
a pencil and paper
The word Food
Salt and Pepper shakers
a napkin

Can anyone think of any others?

The "Cookie Monster" on MADtv also eats chicken... but then promptly got Bird Flu since "Big Bird" had spread it around "Sesame Street".

The Truck he wished for in "The Monster's Three Wishes." One of my favorite Cookie sketches.

I know it's been said but I have very distinct memories of him eating dishes.

"Every strip" of Bert's bacon, and Ernie's "very own X", got eaten by the still-nameless Cookie Monster in Episode 8. That sketch was also one of the few times he used proper grammar ("I always like to eat bacon and X!")

Generally speaking, though, Cookie has eaten every letter of the alphabet in various forms; that list alone deserves a separate thread. (As in, how many different ways has he eaten each letter? More than I can recall...)
