This is really lovely to read. I see a lot of talk around here about the good ol'e days. The hot tubs of course, the BBB, and other things. There were blanks though, and often I would see people talking about things and have no clue what they were talking about! It's nice to finally get the full story, all through the eyes of one special member. Beauregard, it seems to me from knowing you for a few years that you are definately at least a part of the soul of MC.

Maybe I'll do one of these in one or two years. Of course, as long as MC is still here, I will always be here! I fully expect at least most of you to be here to, rockin' out to the Electric Mayhem and singing along with Bert and Ernie! Keep on keepin' on everyone!

And is THAT a TABI? !
What me? Never! Wait, yes  I AM a Tabi! I know I haven't been on here for ages. Well, I have actually, but I've just been reading things without posting. *waves at Prawnie*
Also, I'm waiting for Beau to post more of this so I can read stuff from when I was actually here :halo:

(Thanks for comments guys! I hope I can give you some more glimpses into the anchient MC life...but let me remind you, this is only MC as I see it. It's not neceserally what really happened or in the right order...it's just my memories thrown down for reasons of my own. - Matt!)

Part Three

At some point amidst this non-stop party parade that was MC, new members had come in, and been welcomed, but it wasn't until one of them decided to set about writing a Muppet screenplay as a gang with other MC members, that maybe I truely noticed them.

He was Super Scooter, his play: "Who Framed Kermit the Frog?" Imediately there was a bunch of us squabbling for a portion of the play writing, and a team was formed with Super Scooter, Sarah_Yzma, Sal_Monto, Manda_D, Myself and Pezbulah (Who later turned against me...whole other story). Breaking off from MC to work through e-mail, and another forum site, the five or six of us set about creating a Muppet play together and made plans to seel it to Disney.

It was one of the greatest times of my life, working till late at night hammering out the funniest lines and greatest homages for that play, then formatting everything as Screenplay style demanded. And I was fully introduced to Uncle Deadly (the Muppet), Sal, Johnny, Pepe, etc thorugh the wonder of that play. To this day my favorite Pepe line may be, "But jou didn't order de salads, h'okay."

It was funnier in context...

Having met the gang through this project, they began showing up everywhere at MC. SuperScoot and Sarah became two of BBB's most avid players. SuperScooter and Manda joined my Roleplay in which Skeeter was kidnapped by some wild Snuffulupagus's and locked in the jungle with some robots and...all kinds of bizare things...Brains, I think?

And I'm tempted to say that this was when both RedBooperGirl, SugarBritches, and BethC began to appear as a prominent part of the forum.

BethC...She was the gamer who never slept, and fan-fiction-writer extradinare'. Who could forget the love story between Kermit and Piggy when Kermit got ill and Piggy nursed him back to health...oh my...

SugarBritches was one of the funniest Role-players, though I could never quite get past the fact her name meant SweetPants...RedBooberGirl though, slowly but surely, she became an institution of MC.

Which brings me back a bit to the founding of the Dorms. I told you these memoirs wouldn't necesserally move in a forward motion and would be more like random memories splattered on a page.

If you could have a Muppet as a Dormie, Who Would You Choose? -- This was the question that sparked the foundations of a Muppet dorm house. I think it was Byron, who asked it, or Jackie...or someone else, but they answered. Either way, it was Byron who first designed his Dorm Room with Muppet theme and Janice and Mokey roomies. The others weren't far behind, and a thread became a home. Everyone designed their own rooms in the power-house that became MCDOrms, and it didn't take Ed (There he is! I knew he appeared somewhere) and COunt long to start organising the rooms into rotas and handing out keys.

But I'm getting ahead of myself...along with the gamer trend came newbies who didn't necesserally have the right idea. I won't name them because their names have long since left my memory, but I think I noticed them lurking when a solitary bomb flew over the walls of the MCTubs and exploded underwater, igniting the party into a war...

Yes... Twas Byron or Hairy Unshowering Man who asked the question that started the dorms. BTW: Anybody seen his handcuffs anywhere?
