I know this sounds weird, but my Mom likes Robot Chicken. We've watched quite a few episodes together and she really seems to laugh a lot. My mom is an "80s kid" so she loves the 80s references and seems to be a good sport about the more childhood ruining jokes. She seems to gross about sketches involving certain topics (masturbation being the main one) but enjoys the wackiness of it all. Her favorite character is The Nerd and I would have to agree with her on that one. Honestly, I'm surprised she likes this show because she doesn't like Family Guy, she tells me it's because they don't do the extremely long gags like the chicken fights and Conway Twitty on Robot Chicken.
Family Guy isn't too popular in the family because everyone in my family has ADHD (it's in the water, I tell ya!) and they don't like the extremely long jokes. My cousin, his girlfriend, my uncle, and I seem to be the only ones that appreciate the genius of Family Guy in my family.

My mother complaining about how she wanted me to change the channel when she heard the theme to The Big Bang Theory on TBS because she doesn't like the show at all.

I like the show but the theme song gets on my nerves as well. The pictures fly by so fast it makes me feel like I'm about to get a seizure or something.

She was watching SEINFELD and after I came back upstairs, The Big Bang Theory theme song was playing. Guess that she doesn't like the song either.

Yeah, we always fast forward the headache of a theme song when we watch Big Bang. But anyway, my Mom feels the same way about South Park. She doesn't like the show or the theme song.
