Oh yes, I'm really loving this book Kiki. I just got Roscoe Orman's book today, but I havn't read it yet, though.

I think the book really gives people a better insite and understanding of Elmo hearlde.

I guess Richard stayed so lean because of the amount of energy and enthusiasm that he had, MN.

That's so cool that you got Kevin's book, William! It sounds so cute (and I am an expert on cute things, don't ya know ). I saw it in a store around the time it first got released... I should read some of it some time.

I'd love to see Stevie write a book! That would be awesome, and definitely an interesting read.

Thanks for the recommendation regarding Kevin's book. I think I'll borrow it from the library first before buying it. I don't dislike Elmo as a character, I dislike how popular he is. I don't go in for fads, you know what I mean?

Not that I'm saying anyone who does like the book is wrong. This is just my view.

Just don't mind your Club Leader. She's frustrated because she's broke, and has bills and all sorts of real life stuff being thrown at her. I just feel like going off like Don Music on my wall lately.

I'm not into fad myself heralde. But I do think that Elmo is more then just a fad and that's why he's worked as a caracter for twenty one years now.

But the parts about Elmo are really about and go into the kind of character that he is and what make him so unique and not just his popularity. I mean I like Elmo, and I have a grater respect for the character now that I understand him a litte better and know he's not about hoging every seen. I always look at it this way. Once you liik beyound all the atention and hype surrounding him and see him for how is is and the inside of him and what he's about and get to know him a little better, he's really not the monster evebody makes him out to be. And you can easily see why childern like him so much. It authentic love and not something put on by the Sesame Workshop or toy manufactures putting him in your face.

It made me have a little more tolerance for Elmo. But the book is about so much more then him. It's like people don't want to read is just becaus it has Elmo on the cover. But it would be a shame to miss a good read just because it's associated with him. The funny thing is we could all learn and thing or tow from Elmo, believe it or not.

Hang in ther Sara, and don't hit the wall to hard, okay.
