I'm about to go crazy here, this is probably the like....5th year in a row, where I've tried to find a Terry's Milk Chocolate Raspberry candy ball thing, and I CAN'T FIND IT!
I loved those things so much. They were so tasty to me, and I can't find them. Only that atroctious Chocolate Orange. Ew.
Either way, how are you guys? We've put up our Christmas Tree last week, and trimmed it...it looks so nice! And I believe we're going to wrap presents tomorrow, too. I'm hosting Christmas dinner at our house! (Which I'll make sure I take pictures of tomorrow for you guys! I'm so proud of that thing, I want to show it off!)
I also have contact lenses now! YAY! ...also them and my glasses are my "christmas gift" from Mom and Dad. Is it selfish to think this - "wow, glasses and contact lenses for Christmas. you've given me the gift of sight." - in a really sarcastic way? With eye rolls and everything?
Because I'm not getting anything else for Christmas from Mom or Dad. I mean, no presents whatsoever under the tree. I feel like on one hand "wow, you've given me the gift of sight, big whoop." but on the other hand, I'm grateful they bought me these things, as I needed them.
I guess I see them more as a "need" then a "want", which is really what Christmas gifts are. But it's still money spent either way, so I'm kinda on the fence. And no, I've not really been mean in any way to my parents over it either, I'm just.....I'm just at a loss for words over it. One hand I'm grateful, the other hand I'm going where's the presents?
What do you guys think about this? I'm really just messed up over it.
