Yup, we did talk about this awhile back, but it's always a good find. It's still such an amazing and surprising story, I mean, it ends up so perfectly! Though it makes sense that he'd still find a way to reach a child.
Darn I was so proud of my Richard sleuthing today. :search: And slightly disturbed by it as well.

Ah well. Yeah. Still a good story. I should read this thread more often.

Aw don't feel bad, it's NOT an easy excerpt to find, so your sleuthing was extremely excellent.

Hehe, I know how you feel about the disturbed part, hehe.

Sure, we'd love to hear from you!

Hehe, MBM, that is definitely an excerpt that's worth repeating in here, though. It's such a sweet story. So, thank you for bringing it up again!

And you betcha, we'd love to see ya 'round more often. Drop in here whenever you can! (Just don't drop in too hard!)

Well just kinda, but the execution was spot on! Hehe

I received a gift for Easter today, a big fluffy toy lamb. It's so cute and adorable, not to mention big, lol. It reminds me of the sheep in the "Ram a Lamb" sketch, lol. Not sure what to name it yet, I'm just calling it Lambie for now, lol.

Wow, you know, I remember that exerpt, but who wrote it? Anyway, even though I knew it was very interesting and wonderful and overall good, I never thought of it in terms of him reaching out to a child before! That just makes it all the more wonderous!

And Mariane, I'm intrigued. Why exactly do your sloothing skills disturb you? And yeah, we miss you!

Ziffled

And Haralde, I love lambs, both real and stuffed!
You mean Lambaba? And you could either name it that, or how about Ramalama Dingdong?

Lol, works for me! And I know it has been a little bit since I've popped in here myself, hehe. :batty:

Awww, what an adorable sounding lamb! And perfect that it reminds you of such a great sketch. Hehe, Lambie is probably what I'd end up naming it, too. It's a cute name! And it's appropriate, lol. That's so sweet.

Very nice about the lamb...and the name reminds me of one scene in the FR episode "Capture the Moon:"

Ma Gorg: (to Junior) Oh, my precious, little lambie-pie...
Pa Gorg: Tell lambie-pie to put a lid on it!

Great line; I'll bet Jerry had fun playing the cantankerous old windbag types.

I'm dropping in here, too...I'm in need of a little RHLC therapy; I'm just physically and emotionally exhausted today.

It's interesting; there are at least a hundred names in the credits of the Muppet movies, and of all of them, Richard's name is the one that catches the kid's eye. And as we know, it's also very appropriate, seeing how much Richard adored children. Even though he is physically no longer with us, Richard is still capable of reaching out to people. Wonder if he recognized that the kid was perhaps in need of a little extra attention?

True, Lambie's working out pretty well so far, lol. I only got it a couple hours ago and already it's fun to cuddle with, hehe.

...Which means I desperately need to get a dog again! lol
