Ugh, I know what you mean about signatures being too long, MN! Twice I've had to shorten mine just to make them fit! You have to be very creative!

That show sounds cool, Kiki, yeah a little like Who's Line, which is so great!

Yeah...a lovely young lady...that's it...hehe

Ahh...just listening to the radio right now and they're playing Elton John. I love his songs. Does anyone else? I always thought it was funny how Scooter was such a fan on The Muppet Show. Though, it's a bit unclear in the episode why Scooter is so anxious for Elton to hear one of his own songs (Benny and the Jets)! lol

The question is like too far back for me to quote cause I'm lazy, but to whoever asked if my signature (thanks by the way for all the compliments ^_^ ) was from Of Muppets and Men, I don't think it is. Jerry said it at Muppetfest when they wheeled him out on that recliner.

What SS documentary is this?

Oh, Fifty Ways to Leave Your Lover, ilikemuppets? I love that one too. Janice does interject with a "Rully" and "Fer sure".
That's not Elton John, though, that's Paul Simon.

I love "50 Ways to Leave Your Love" too, ilikemuppets, it's the coolest song ever! Actually every Muppet rendition of Paul Simon's songs in that episode is brilliant. They also utilized the songs better than they had in Elton John's episode, I think. There, Elton pretty much sang his numbers solo. Like "We interrupt The Muppet Show to bring you Elton John!" But that demonstrates how The Muppet Show evolved over time.

Paul Simon: "I love it, but then, I know 50 ways to love your leaver..." Ugggh

The Paul Simon one was brilliant, you know, cept for that pun. I love how Gonzo was made to be so important in it, that was probably one of Dave's first main-muppet episodes. And of course his "I'd rather be a pancake than a sneeze" song with the chickens was priceless.

Yeah that's the Gonzo I love and remember, all throughout that episode.

"What you don't like the leg frying motiff?"

Actually, that Time Life Muppet Show DVD, with Star Wars, Paul Simon and Raquel Welch, is very important to me. Because, while I've always liked the Muppets, it's only recently that my interest has started being a big deal again. I needed cheering up recently and it just occured to me to rent that DVD when I saw it in a store. And the rest is history...

Oh man, I loved that "50 Ways To Leave Your Lover" song, too. I didn't especially like that episode as a whole, but that song was awesome... and like MBM brought up, I really, really love Janice's interjections (especially the "rully's")! Talk about groovy... and perfect!

Heralde, I love those Time Life DVDs, too, and it's so nice that those helped get your big interest back. The Muppets are always pretty great at cheering us all up, huh?

And then Gonzo's version of his "For You" song. Teh awesome, that is.

Ha, I love her "Rully's" too, Skye. And of course there was the groovy "Fersurully" at the end of Can You Picture That.

Yeah, I have to admit that though I didn't like the episode all that much, I did like the Gonzo parts. Them in Paul's dressing room was hilarious.

Hehe, MBM, that was awesome! Janice was, like, totally the coolest. And the groooooviest, of course. :flirt: Rully though, I often wish she had been around a bit more often back then... or been even more prominent, or something. The more I see her, the more I love her.

Oh and MBM, I meant to mention that I also love your new sig! Jerry's so awesome. Hey, I see that William changed his sig, too. Am I silly that I don't know what or where it's from?
