Sounds like our man R.H. did a good job then. I'm going to have to find time to sit down and watch the whole thing...in an idle moment. I could use a few more of those these days.

Yes, Richard was very, very good in it.

I just got My Life As A Furry Red Monster. Kevin recalls when he first started working with the Muppet people, like Jerry Frank Dave and Richard, and he said Richard with "wild uncontrollable Muppet-type hair" was getting into a limo with a pink napkin containing several danishes he was smuggling out or something along those lines.

Oh Lord, once again the Hunt sweet tooth appears with a vengeance. The chocolate-coated donuts weren't enough that morning, were they? And yet Richard managed to stay lean and mean, from the looks of things. (laughs softly)
"Wild uncontrollable Muppet-type hair," Kevin called it? I like that.

I really want to get that book, but I'm going to be strong and wait for Christmas.

Do you know if it's out on CD or anything?

What kind of friend am I? I said Guen was in the middle, and she's really the oldest!
 The show was okay, and I liked some of what they did, but I thaught most of it was over-the-top. Just out of curiosity, did anyone happen to catch it?

Oh, and I picked out Richard's character right away. Would like to see the whole thing again though to really capture it, (know what I mean?) and to catch Frank's scene.

Oh my goodness!! I just saw Extreme Home Makeover, and it was wonderful!!! Have you ever been inside of their new house yet? And if you...could, please give them my greatest personal regards! And I hope Guen (If I remember right...) likes her origami room!

And this is gonna sound strange, but at least now, you can also converse with Zeb as well. That thingus they were given (forgot what its called now...) will really help them out!!

-----

I totally missed "Trading Spaces"!!! Eariler, "Coming to America" was on, and I was wondering if I wanted to watch that, or MythBusters, and I chose MythBusters...but I didn't think to check the TV guide for what was on after "Coming to America"!! I would have seen that Trading Spaces was on, and I would have gone ahead and watched the great movie!!!

Augh!

I saw it! I thought it was good. My favorite part was Ed and Eduardo going down to Central America to help fit people there for hearing aides. And the fact that the design team thought that for once they'd get a break from Ty and the Bullhorn O' Doom, but then Marlie Matlin pulls out a bullhorn and starts going nuts.

Re: Trading Places - I thought Richard's cameo here was better than his cameo in Oxford Blues. Of course, that could be because the only copy of Oxford Blues I was able to get my hands on had crappy picture quality and mostly far away shots of Richard; Trading Places had some nice close-up shots.

I've often wondered what happened to Wilson (Richard's character) after he keeled over in the pit and had to be carried bodily out...

Oh Kim, you've seen Oxford Blues? I want to see that, too.

But Richard was so great in Trading Places! I'm so happy that I finally got to see it. He looked great as usual, and he definitely did an awesome job with the character. Loved it!

That's a great story from Kevin's book, MBM. Thanks for sharing it! Richard really was something, wasn't he? Something pretty darn great and adorable.

Honestly, I only got it from interlibrary loan to see Richard's cameo at the beginning of the movie, and that was it. My aim was also to get some pictures with my digital camera, but like I said the quality of the video and therefore the picture was subpar, and there weren't any close-up shots.

But like Emmy said on her website, Richard was good in the four or five minutes he was on-screen.

Oh, absolutely. The only reason I have any interest in that movie is just to see Richard's cameo, also. I've just noticed that it doesn't seem to be available anywhere that I've looked, so I think it's rully cool that you found it the way you did. It's too bad that the quality wasn't very good, and of course, that there were no close-ups. It was a good idea of yours, and I'll bet those would've been rully great pictures.
