I can't wait to see this. The only bad thing is that it is sold out for a while. My mom said it has now even surpassed Lord Of The Rings.
Ahhhhhhhhh, fear, guilt and controversy. Great ways to sell tickets.

...And with a Michael Moore avatar, we think that's a bad thing, don't we.

Interesting how Gibson wouldn't think to script the film in the English language if this was just a money-making scheme...

The irony to me is that people actually believe that to be saved you must live in fear and feel guilty for things that may or may not have happened. Especially when these things that they are fearful of or feel guilty about are supposed to be uplifting and forgiving and filled with unconditional love. I don't believe that the only way to get to a beautiful place is through suffering.

Well, if you look at the choices of A) believing that Jesus' death and resurrection is the only atonement for salvation from a person's sins, and B) the biblical principle that a person's sin leads to eternal misery in ****, guilt looks pretty darn endurable to me. Especially when I'm offered forgiveness from God...

P.S.
Wow, that's funny. I can't use the word h3LL in it's original context!

I think that it is an amazing way to see what he really went through for all of us. I don't think any movie could completly portray what he really went through. They might of done a good job but i just think it was so bad that I can't even imagine what in the world he went through. I totally agree that it is hard for those who don't really know the whole story to go and sit through this movie their not going to understand it. What i'm hoping is going to happen is their going to get curious and find out for themselves. i haven't seen the movie yet but i'm planning on it. Every one that said they saw it they said they cried the whole thing. Also that it was a major impact on their spiritual life. I'm hoping that not only christians go to this movie. It could do so much more for the glory of God.

Gibson's in an impossible position regarding his father, whose views in my view are without excuse and unconscionable. All the more bravery on Gibson's part for going ahead with this very timely film, because he knew he'd be in for it with the media. And he went ahead anyway, more power to him.

 Aren't those the theme's of Michael Moore's films?
Really...does not he push the envelope just a wee bit?
And perhaps makes a few dollars as well...

Anyone can decide to see a movie if they want to or not.
If there was a certain type that offends me, I'd not bother to view it.
I'd read the book instead, rarely movies can give ya the whole entire effect.
