Yeah, I've pretty much always been a console person...never was that into Game Boy stuff, even though I still have a Color and Advance from long ago. Playing on a TV screen was better than on a handheld device.

But hey, as anyone noticed that CN had a tendancy to base some of their games off of specific episodes of their shows? Like I remember they had a Courage game based on that volcano god episode . . . dang was that game difficult to beat!

There was also Clash of the Titans, based off the EEnE episode "Tag Yer Ed!"

One thing that was pretty unique about MIKE, LU & OG is that more often than not, they actually had original songs in a lot of episodes - whether it was a mood-setting song provided by some in-house band, or one of the characters singing a song relevant to the story during the end credits.

Either way, I still say that show felt like a Nicktoon that CN adopted after Nick abandoned it.

That is a really accurate description. I think it might've done better on Nick.

Not only did the animation style almost have a Klasky-Csupo-esque look to it, but having Nika Frost and Nancy Cartwright among the voice cast also made it sound a little more like a Nicktoon as well.

CCF pretty much had the same theme from 2000 up till the death of CN in 2004, but I do seem to recall it would receive a slight remix each year.. . .

Also, this is just my opinion, but the true "death" of CN for me was when Toonami was taken off in late 2008.

Something else has entered my mind: it seems like ever since Powerpuff Girls, almost all new Cartoon Cartoons began having taglines in their promos that previous Cartoon Cartoons didn't have. Like Powerpuff Girls had, "Saving the world before bedtime." Ed, Edd n Eddy had, "It's an Ed thing." Courage had, "Shake Courage, shake." Sheep had, "He's on the lamb." I'm pretty sure KND had one as well, but I'm blanking out on it.
