No, but I remember a Michael Sporn HBO special from the 90s called WHITEWASH, where a black girl is attacked by white gang bangers who spray paint her face white, and she becomes the focus of a local media frenzie because of it. I particularly remember an exchange between a pair of reporters that went something like. . . .

REPORTER #1: Would this be considered a hate crime?
REPORTER #2: As opposed to what, a nice crime?

I even remember the special had N-word Privileges.
WHAT? They said the N-word in a kid's movie!? That is pretty shocking. I was surprised when they said the N-word on South Park, but something for kids. That doesn't seem appropriate at all .

I can only imagine how controversial it would be if it were made today.

I just suddenly remembered a show that I saw as a kid called Kissyfur, so I decided to look it up on YouTube, and seeing this brought back good memories:
I haven't seen this show in such a long time. I know it's kinda weird for a 16 year old to say they have nostalgia for a show that's much older than they are, but I used to have a VHS tape of this specific episode that I would watch when I was little. I lost it a long time ago, though, so it's great to finally see it again.

Also, I did not remember the beginning being so sad, like holy crap.

Sorry for double posting, but...
Does anyone else remember this? I gotta admit, it's still a catchy song.

Someone uploaded a whole hour of Barney & Friends along with Caillou on a Google Photos album I belong to.

I remember seeing those two characters when I would tape skits off 123 Seaame Street in 2003, and a few Play with Me Sesame episodes in 2006.

Sadly you don't have those anymore.
They would've made great YouTube fodder.

I was always cautious with the noggin logo at the time. I pretty much forgot which tapes they were on anyway. And the skits tape got taped over. :smirk:

I remember the commercial where people where in an office and they were singing the theme song to Franklin.
