For July, the weather was a little cloudy and temps in the 60s.

This doesn’t happen every day. Tomorrow is supposed to go up to the 90s.
But you take your blessings wherever you get them.

Today the weather was brutal, 92 degrees in the shade.
But it cooled down to about 75 as the sun set.
Went out to dinner with a friend we haven’t seen since pre-Covid. Had a great dinner at Outback Steakhouse. Somehow there was a mistake on the order, so the manager comped our desserts. Even got a free Bloomin’ Onion out of the deal.

I registered to vote finally! Now I can vote for Trump in November and vote in my local primaries coming up soon!!!!! I've felt guilty for not being able to vote before.

And plus, I got my own brand new car!!!!!! I can now drive wherever I want!!!!!!!

I was 20 the first time I was able to vote. Bush vs. Dukakis.

That’s ancient history, even for me.

Had dinner at a friend’s house, they made paella.
If you never had it, it’s a Spanish rice dish with chicken, sausage, peas, mussels, shrimp, and if you want to splurge , lobster and crabmeat. You’re bound to find something in there you’ll like.

The Boober doll I bought on eBay just arrived! He first came out in 1983, and he's in great shape after all these years—no tears or stains, and he still has his hat and scarf. His tag says, "A Tomy Quality Fraggle—Boober."

I used to have little plastic figures of Boober, Gobo, and Mokey . They weren’t priceless collector’s items, but in a fit of generosity I gave them away.
