I think I tried using it a couple of times in the past when they first talking about repealing Net Neutrality at the suggestion of someone else, however I think it was interfering with the browsers' other ordinary functions, so I stopped and downloaded that Ghostery thing instead.

My computer wouldn’t turn on again, so I had to do another hard shutdown. This is the second time this happened and hope it doesn’t happen all the time.
check to see if hybrid sleep is enabled and turn it off

go to control panel
search for power options
click power options
click change plan settings on whatever power plan you have selected
click change advanced power settings
scroll down the list to where it says 'sleep'
click the +
click the + next to hybrid sleep and make sure both things there are turned off
