Yeah, Ratatoullie looks like it would be a great movie, and Shrek the Third was; but "Happy Feet and Madagascar only really obnoxious"? That's interesting.

I enjoyed Surf's Up for what it was. The documentary feel is more than just a gimmick, it's a great plot device. I wouldn't buy it as much if the voice cast didn't make everything feel so natural, but lo and behold, they do. This is because much of the dialogue was recorded in the same room, as opposed to separately. I reccommend this if you want to have a good time. Although the penguins could be easily replaced with any other animal and you wouldn't mind.

I love penguins in the first place. Badtz Maru spawned that in me. I have not yet seen this film yet but will do so on Tuesday evening! My friends that have seen it recommend I go and see it.

Face it... us Muppet fans were on the cutting edge of cool! We liked Penguins before ANYONE else did. :zany: I mean, before March of the penguins, before happy feet.... Muppet Penguins are the best in the world. Sure there are other cool penguins, like Tennisee Tuxedo, the ones from madagascar... yeah, even Badtz Maru... but I feel that when you're the first to be hip to something, and then everyone gets on the bandwagon... it's kinda grating.'

What is more, I like how they were able to beat both Monkeys and Squirrels as random goofy animal favorites...

Yeah! I've always felt that the Muppet's started the Penguin craze long before it was even popular!
