Nora’s exaggerated promises jeopardize her role with the band and threaten lie-detecting Janice.

I really like Janice’s rendition of “True Colors”.

Seems like the first two episodes are the only ones with titles of songs that the band sings on the show.

It would have been nice if they worked in a little nod to Fozzie getting emotional over “True Colors”.

Zoot thinking used-car salesmen and politicians are truthful and Janice saying spiders are nature's knitters was funny. Lips continues to make me laugh. Penny showing that she has a soft side was nice.

I liked Janice's song too. Very reminiscent of when she used to lead in song on "The Muppet Show." So she's allergic to lies? I hope she never dated Pinocchio.

I thought the pilot episode was pretty good, but this one was absolutely phenomenal! I especially loved the little things, like the Mayhem grocery shopping and Dr. Teeth & Floyd playing pong. They're such an engaging ensemble that they make even mundane activities feel wildly entertaining. Also warming up to the human characters, Moog is definitely my favorite thus far. It seems like the storytelling structure, especially the reliance on feel-good "sappy" endings, is quite similar to The Goldbergs (which makes sense given Adam is executive producer), but I actually think it suits the show well. Overall this one gets a 9.5/10, a near perfect half-hour.
