Ziff, I know how you feel because there was a time (and sometimes still is) when my threads get no attention. I know it's easy for me to say with all the nominations I've recieved, but I really do appreciate how you feel. Understand that it really does take a lot of time and effort to reach some status. We all know that it's about quality, not quantity, but let's face it; greater exposure equals greater notability, post count does play a bit more in the status factor then I think we're willing to acknowledge. But if that still doesn't register, take a look at that Kiss Kiss Hug Hug thread and I think you'll see just how loved you really are!

Okay... I told Ryan not to say anything because I didn't want to be a martyr and we really didn't know how to mention it as we're jointly working on a side surprise thingy for the awards, but I have already consulted with prawnie and stated to him that I wish to not recieve the best artist award in the instance that I did win again.

I had no idea I'd be nominated for the avatar as well, but I know how personal some people can take these awards, so I thought it would be nice for someone else to win it for a change.

If you already voted for me, PLEASE understand my gracious thanks and the tremendous honor you've given me, but consider re-casting your votes for a much more deserving and talented candidate.

Ziffel, you have, like Ed said, an endless amount of people who've used your name without even knowing it's you! You've become a household name!! And Effy, So may people here LOVE your artwork, me being one of them, but, unfourtunately, there can only be one winner. So again, ((((HUGS)))) to you both.
