The future scene in Muppet Christmas Carol where Tiny Tim dies.
I sobbed so hard at that part where Piggy says she just has something in her eye you can hear Frank Oz crying and you can hear Steve Whitmire crying when the kids hug him and then I cry too. :'(

Great, now I'm gonna be listening for that when I watch it next time :shifty:. What also makes it sad was I also realized what the music behind it was. It was "Bless Us All" played on the horn that plays a lot of little segments throught the film (I'm pretty sure it's an english horn or french horn) But that horn is so beautiful and the fact that it's playing that song just drives it home.
That horn is responsible for another tearjerking moment in the film. It's the very beginning when it's still black, before the beginnign credits start. The horn plays this little motif and a slate comes up that says "In Loving Memory of Jim Henson and Richard Hunt."

I always cry then too. You can tell the songs in that film were written for those guys too. Just like BLess Us All is like about the years they all spent together. I picked up on that this year.

I rewatched The Muppet Movie today and the ending of it made me tear up. Muppet Christmas Carol makes me cry during the future scenes and at the end. Other Muppet movies have made me cry too, but those are the ones that stick out the most. I'm fairly certain Muppets in Space made me cry, but it's been a while so I don't know which moment.

But what always makes me sob is when the Muppets sing "Just One Person" after they've found out Jim Henson passed away. Their immediate reactions are heartbreaking, and all the letters they read are so sweet. And when they all come together... ugh! It's so emotional I tear up just thinking about it! (Click here to watch)

And, of course, stepping away from the movies/TV shows, Jim's memorial service always makes me cry. When all the muppeteers come up on stage I just lose it, same for when Big Bird sings "Bein' Green". And the ending of Frank Oz's eulogy makes me cry as well.

Perhaps it was the part when Gonzo decides he has to go with his family and starts saying his goodbyes. Or maybe just after that when he changes his mind. That makes me come close to tears. (...ironic little face, isn't it?)

I just rewatched it two days ago. I definitely got all teary eyed when he's saying good bye to everyone, especially Rizzo.
