Yes, he said the ONLY reason he played Dipsy was for money. The woman holding the ball is Laa Laa, the guy with the red bag is one of three (I think) guys who played Tinky Winky, and the woman on the scooter is Po.

"Laa Laa" is supposedly doing similar other kiddy shows over in England, and "Po", I think is the co-host of Qubo, or whatever one of those preschool channels are.

No, Peppermint Place would've been a little after my time. However I do remember the early days of Nick and Eureeka's Castle, which I thought was great.

Not to be confused with Peppermint Park, which is a whole other kettle of Drtooth's fish.
