Now, look kids, I think we may have got off on the wrong foot...*looks at feet* That's an expresion. Wrong foot means...um...wrong..er...foot.

Anyway.

Let's try and start over. I give you some milk, and a cookie. You, don't hurt me or hide in my lunch again.

On the other hand, I could shut you in your room while I get my own lunch. I'll call it Nap time. Your choice.

Food, or bed. Bed or food. No chanting, just answer.

Viq: What??? *Ticked off* You may act weird, you may say silly things, but don't dare telling me that there's something wrong with my foot!!

Vibs: Viq, what it means is that... It's having a bit trouble with it's feet! And don't you feel sorry for it, just a little bit?

Vibs: *Frowns* At least one of us has feelings... *Turns to father* I'm sorry about your foot, I wish I could do something! And as to the bed or food, I'd really very much like a cookie!

Viq: Suddenly you want a cookie?

Vibs: *Whispers* No, but look at the poor thing! Let's just be nice kids and take those cookies, we can always flush them out in the toilet later on!

Good. Wonderfull. Splendid. Marvilous.

*get up, and walks into the kitchen*

Oh fiddlesticks!

*sees smoke blowing from the oven where his dinner had been cooking*

*opens over, and waves hands sending smoke everywhere*

Shhh. Shhh. *blows* Stop, stop!

*remeber babys*

*grabs cookies from a jar, runs out, drops them on the floor by the twins*

Viq: *Exited* Hey look, it's burning, it's smoke!!

Vibs: But!! The ... thing is out there!

Viq: Yeah?

Vibs: Shouldn't we try and help it?

Viq: I see cookies and I'm hungry...

Vibs: You were born hungry!

Viq: *noisy chewing*

Vibs: Oh... Then I gotta do it myself! *Crawls to the kitchen*Creatuuuuuure, thiiiiing, um.. daaad, whatever you might be, I'm here to rescue you!!

*the smoke makes the smoke-alarm go off*

*runs out and grabs baby*

Look out. Smoke's about!

*dumps baby down*

How many times must we say, keep outta the kitchen?

*grabs tea-towel and starts flapping it at the smoke alarm to wave the smoke away and stop it*

Oh boy. Why do I get stuck with all this? What did I do to deserve this?
