I'm pretty much in the same situation here!
I was supposed to hang out with "him", but he asked to hang on Tuesday. I normally have choir practice on Tuesdays.. Anyways, I am in the small group choir, which is the most distinguished singers in our school who sing all the acapella and tough pieces in the Christmas concert.. and our choir director said that if we missed a practice, we'd be out of the group. Choir was cancelled Tuesday, so I went to his school (which is on the total opposite side of town), and I couldn't find "Him" ANYWHERE. I was pretty mad!

Later on, my friend calls me:
"Why weren't you at choir practice?"
It turns out our choir director called last-minute choir practice! I was so scared I would be kicked out of small groups, and I was angry at "Him", cause it would be his fault.

Thankfully, my choir director understood and I'm still in small group..

Here's an amusing story...

I know a girl who's friends with my best friend (they've known each other so long they consider each other to be brother and sister). She and I became friends too, but there was never anything going on between us, we were just friends; so I want to know WHY my mom out of the blue suggested I take her out to a high school prom! I wouldn't have been able to anyway because she's in Grade 8 (our computer class was like for middle AND high schoolers). But man, I was like "what?!"

You know what one thing is I hate? Whenever girls are harrassing guys and they relate the situations to their moms and their moms are always like "aw she's just doing that because she likes you!"

Yeah. That's really annoying. Although, I must admit, there have been times I was "mean" (ie punched him really hard all the time) because I liked a guy.

After watching The Little Rascals, I'm convinced that a "clud" is "a group of bubbies who stick together no matter what!"

I'm far from my teenage years now.But I figured I could put in my say in here.
When I was in 7th grade,I was asked to a dance by a guy who I thought was really nice.Unfortunately lots of (immature) guys asked me out as a joke. I told the guy that asked me to the dance that I'd need to ask my parents. They said yes,so I called Jimmy (the guy) and told him my parents said yes. His response was "Oh...I already asked someone else.":embarrassed: I said OK and made like it was no big deal but after getting off the phone I burst into tears! I mean...he couldn't have waited for an answer? My great grandmother (who was living with us then) said I should've said yes right off the bat. But my mom said I made the right choice.
