Driving home from school a few days ago, we saw a "grandpa in a grandpa car" who was trying to pass us up on the road because apparently we were going too slow while we were like right on the speed limit. It kinda reminded me of this. (2:43-2:47)

Monday afternoon I came home and found a fuzzy caterpillar on my front porch...
Now what makes this strange is that I'm in Alaska.. it is barely above freezing during the day right now, definitely below freezing at night, there is still 2-3 feet of snow on the ground, nothing is blooming of budding. is WAY too early for any bugs to be out.
I brought him inside then took him over to a neighbor's house (she'd done caterpillars last year with her kids, so had supplies..)
