Same deal in my area. I'm willing to bet the cold lovers down south are from up north.

I don't know of any northerns who ever tolerate the cold. Southerns even start belly-aching if it drops below 70. Just once, I'd love to get through a winter season without having to listen to constant whining and complaining about how cold it is, or how the weather is gloomy, or how people can't wait for summer, yada-yada-yada.

Then again, even when it's the dead of summer, I see old people walking around in parkas, hoodies, and coats, even when it's in the 90s.
