Applebee’s has great stuff, but the one near me doesn’t offer breakfast.

My favorite things on their menu right now

Fiesta lime chicken with rice
Brisket tacos
Ribs
Chicken tortilla soup

My niece just started working there as a waitress and hostess. She’s 19. I waited tables when I was her age. I hope the experience serves her well.

When it comes to Applebee's, one of my favorite go-to meals is the shrimp-n-parmesean sirloin; usually with a side of their garlic mashed potatoes. Their three cheese chicken penne is pretty good too. And sometimes, if all I want is to nibble on some finger food, I'll just order their appetizer trio that usually comes with buffalo wyngs, mozzerella sticks, and a quesadilla.

Their Ribs and Chicken Tenders with French Fries are what I go for.

I don't believe I've ever eaten ribs in a restaurant, but when it comes to ribs, I like Corky's, which you can get in the freezer section at the grocery store.

So this is one complaint I actually have in regards to Mcdonald's fries that I eventually caught on to when I was about 10/11, and why I didn't like them as much for a good while.

As an adult I have grown to like them again, but honestly my only complaint is the texture with them feels inconsistent. Some fries have a nice, soft crunch to them while others just taste a bit chewy. Not the best feeling when you munch away on those greasy, salty fries.

I'm not the biggest fan of their food to be honest, but I don't mind their buffalo tenders all that much. It's a place I'll only go to if I'm in the mood.

Their chocolate mousse however is bomb.
