Ah yes, the good ole days. Those shows were great. Our cable provider has a channel called Toon Disney that shows all of these cartoons everyday. It's the best thing ever. Travelling Matt knows what's going on, that Disney Afternoon soundtrack is like liquid childhood. If anybody needs mp3's of it, you can drop me a line and I'll send it over.
Ahh, Google's amazing. Hello everyone! CDRR, Ducktales, DWD, and Tailspin were definitely my favorites. And in later years, Gargoyles. Very good writing on that show, I thought. Anyhow, as a total newbie here, is it too much to ask for those mp3's?

I remember all those shows, they were all quite good. It seems us muppet fans are all addicted to TV and movies or atleast were in the 80s and 90s. TV and movies just arent as good these days.

i actually downloaded 2 episodes pf darkwing duck a few weeks ago. it was about the fearsome five coming together and darkwing had to create his own group to get negaduck and all of those guys...

i was hoping that some of the ducktales characters, like scrooge mcduck, would come over for an appearance. did anybody notice in one darkwing episode that the beagle boys from ducktales show up in a cameo appearance.....

I have the fearsom Five one on video, and I watch it quite frequently.

As for Scrooge McDuck, I'm guessing they couldn't get Alan Young to do a Cameo voice over or something. However, in Tiff of the Titans, Fenton Crackshell transforms into Gizmoduck behind a big Billboard with Scrooge McDuck on it. And you are correct in assuming that the Beagle Boys were in the background as a cameo. I forget the episode, but Magica DeSpell was there too.

I think that was the one where DW teamed up with some James Bond type character (name escapes me) to retreave a stolen list of S.H.U.S.H. agents.

Any one remember Webar Walters from DuckTales? LOL! she also apread in Darkwing Duck but had a new voice.

Aladdin: The series had lots of "Genie" cameo's from these classic Disney cartoons, I remember one "cameo" of talespin with Jasmen tuned into Rebeca Cuttingham, Genie as baloo, abu as kit and Iago as Louie, I belive.ofcoures it was just a Genie joke. I also remember bonkers, darkwing, and others in diffrent eps, they also had an Aladdin meets Herucules eps.

Darkwing had a ChipNDale refrence in the ep were Darkwing and Megavolt got zapped into "the real world"

and Bonkers had a ton of toon cameos from Donald and Goofy among others.

Darkwing Duck WAS on Bonkers Numerous times. One of my favorites was a dream sequence where Darkwing Hosted an Awards show, and Bonkers wins an award.

"WHAT?!?! A guy who says "Awsome Possom" wins an award, and I don't even get NOMINATED?!?!?!"

DuckTales was AWESOME. TaleSpin was even better, if that's possible. Darkwing was fun if not quite up to the level of the other two. Chip 'N' Dale skewed a little young for me but was still fairly enjoyable. I didn't care for Goof Troop at all (though I liked the movie, oddly enough). Bonkers...ecch. Quack Pack was just DuckTales with Donald instead of Uncle Scrooge, and ridiculous "teen" voices for the nephews. What little I've seen of Buzz Lightyear is decent but not overwhelming, and despite what others think, I actually like House of Mouse. When Disney bought DIC and started doing all their shows in that sloppy DIC style (Doug, Pepper Ann, Recess, etc.), I just stayed far away. Doug was the best of this bunch, but none of them seemed terribly imaginative or interesting to me.

I'd actually like to see a revival of TaleSpin, or maybe a theatrical movie. Forget this Jungle Book 2 and Jungle Cubs garbage.
