Something about the story doesn't make sense. The ghost wants Casey out of his room. So why would the ghost stab Casey, thinking he was a ghost, knowing it wouldn't hurt a ghost?

And we also don't know where Casey was stabbed or how much an ogre can regenerate itself :/

There's nothing that adds up. If a ghost wants to kill a living person for killing him, then he would make sure to stb a living person and not assume it's a ghost.
