**suddenly they morf into two vampire lords**

I just had the trippiest dream...

It was so weird. I was having a dream about my whole incident with the kraken...except...it was from the viewpoint of the kraken. The scientists were destroying the place looking for something. The kraken was trying to defend the city from the scientists buy it couldnt...so it grabbed me...and...I don't think it was trying to kill me...I think it was trying to make sure there was someone to protect this treasure...

But this dream was freaky...

So, the kraken was actually a good guy who trusted you. And whatever the scientists were looking for, if they fund it, we'd be doomed...

But...but...what do you think it means? Should we tell Grace? I can't imagine she didn't hear me screaming though...

Maybe it's a warning? Maybe it means we have to return to the lake and see if this thing the scientists wanted is still there...
As for Grace, perhaps we should let her rest after what happened yesterday.

...I was afraid you would say we need to go back to the lake...

Sorry. I know you wouldn't like it and if you don't want to, we don't have to go back now. But I still feel we should check it out. But not now if you don't want.

Well...I guess if there is something there that is potentially dangerous to us because the scientists want it...maybe we do need to get it out of there and some place safe...
