So, you were willing to cause a mass panic and let innocent people potentially get hurt, trampled, or even killed, due to their own panicking, just because you did not know what Grace was going to do?

Mr. Grey: This is not just something foreign I made up. It is clearly spelled out in the supermarket's employee code of conduct. It says: "If you find any person, thing, or suspisious activity in the store that raises the possibility of a potential threat, it is best to immediately pull the fire alarm, so that everyone can be evacuated. After that, you should contact the proper authorities necessary for investigation of the possible threat." If you were in my case, would you not see Grace as a person in the store that raises the possibility of a threat? I only did what I was told to.

Perhaps your store needs to re-evaluate their policy then.

*people come back with security footage*

Ah, good.

*gets a tv and fasts forward to the incident in the parking lot*

*Footage shows people tripping, getting trampled, and running into cars. Footage shows a black car driving into lamppost, knocking it over onto several people*

As you can see, my theory was correct. it was dark out, so it was hard to make out the car in question, but as you can see from the footage, it was a car that knocked over the lamppost. Not Grace.

OOC: Wait a minute...I thought you were getting security fottage of the incident with Grace in the store? But, whatever...:stick_out_tongue:

Judge: There is still the question in hand as to whether or not Grace could have avoided the entire incident. If she could have, she may be guilty. Do you have anything to say on that?

Herb: Excuse me, I know I'm not to speak out of turn, but there's one thing bugging that I don't understand. Would it be OK for me to call Grace up to the stands to ask her a question?

Judge: If attorney Sarge permits it, then that should be permissible.

Herb: Grace, you said that if something is under half silver, you can control your reaction to it, but if it is over half, you cannot, correct?
