Herb: Thank you for that demonstration. Now I'm curious, why exactly were you talking about the monster caught on tape? Wee you trying to force the subject of monsters?

No, I was just wondering what he thought. It was playing in the store when we walked in.

Herb: Ah. I see. Now I would like to know, do you have any control over whether or not you turn into a werewolf when there is sliver? Basically, is there any way you could've stopped the werewolf transformation from happening?

Herb: Could you explain exactly how the circumstances vary from case to case? What made this circumstance different from some other ones where you can control it?

If the objects have more silver in them.

If it is under half silver, I can control it.

If its anyhting above half, then I cannot.

Herb: Thank you Grace. You may sit down. I now call Mr. Charles Grey, the clerk at the time of the panic, to come forward to testify.

*Charles walks forward*

Herb: Mr. Grey, could you give us an account of precisely what happened at the panic?

Charles: Yes. Grace and her friends walked in. She began to question me about what I thought about the monster footage. She gradually tried to prove that monsters were real, but I dismissed it as a practical joke, that is, until she turned into a werewolf.

Herb: So you’re saying that she was trying to prove that monsters are real?

Charles: Yes. She showed me a bite mark from a monster and everything.

Herb: Ah. Do you think she was just looking for an excuse to show off her monster form?

Charles: I really do think that. She just kept pounding me with evidence.

Herb: Continue on with your story.

Charles: So once she turned, I immediately pulled the fire alarm, which is what you are to do in such an emergency, according to the store’s employee code of conduct. If you feel there is something or someone in the store that could threaten customer safety, you are to pull the alarm. Once I pulled it, everyone left the building. In the parking lot is where most of the injuries and destruction came. People were being trampled over and getting injured as a result of the panic.

Herb: Did you see anything else that Grace did to harm people?

Charles: I did not. But I did hear accounts of those things being told.

Herb: Thank you Mr. Grey. Finally, I would like Mr. Michael George to come forward, a customer who happened to be shopping at the store that day.
*Michael come forward*

Herb: Mr. George, you told a story of a peculiar happening regarding Grace taking place. Could you explain that?

Michael: I was running out of the store the way everyone else did. At some point in time the store window had broken in the chaos, and she yelled at me when I was passing it. I looked over, and she sent a beam of energy at me. When that didn’t phase me, she looked up at a nearby lamppost and yelled “Arriba arriba doo!” and the lamppost came down where I was standing. However, I miraculously dodged the lamppost. However, two people weren’t so lucky.

Herb: Could you identify those people?

Michael: Yes. It was clearly Mrs. Adams, your mother, and Mr. Adams, your brother. I know them well through banking.

Herb: And that is why we are here today. According to Mr. George’s account, it is clear that Grace purposely tried to hurt someone. I think that is all the evidence we need at this time. Thank you.

Judge: Thank you Mr. Adams. Sarge, Grace’s attorney, will now give her counter presentation.

Judge: Grace, please remain silent at this time. Sarge will have the chance to prove that you didn't do those things. You may speak when he calls you to.
