Person: *sighs* Do you guys swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?

 

[Lola p]

Well... We got captured by scientists....

 

[Hubert]

Herb: the Scientist? I warned you about them, didn't I? But you thought I was one instead...anyway, we already did the opening statements to kill time, so once you all get sworn in, we can get right down to the presentation of the evidence.

 

[Lola p]

Ok.

*Gets sworn in*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

*still fuming at Hubert*

 

[Hubert]

*Also gets sworn in*

Herb: So Grace, didn't you bring an attorney? To fight your case?

 

[Lola p]

Er... no...

 

[Hubert]

Herb: Well, that's bad planning on your part, eh? Oh well...I guess you'll either you or one of your friends will have to act as your attorney. Did I mention that I'm acting as my own attorney, considering I am actually one?

 

[Sgt Floyd]

I'll be the attorney. I don't trust you to say something that wont be more incriminating

 

[Hubert]

Herb: OK then...so you'll be Grace's attorney. Wonderful. Since I'm the plaintive, I'll be going first to present my case. Then it will be your turn to counter.
