OOC: Sorry about leaving you like that, guys. 
I'll pick back up with Herb today. And for Vincent, basically there Grace had caused a mass supermarket panic by accidentally turning werewolf. Multiple people got killed. This guy is suing us because the panic killed his mother and brother. So he came to discuss it with us. We think that there is a chance that he might be a scientist trying to trick us into coming to "court" and getting captured, but we are not 100% sure about that.

Herb: Oh, one more thing! It just occurred to me that you probably think something is up since I mentioned the scientists in a fit of rage. Well, on the way here, I was bombarded by about five people, who accused me of being a scientist. That's why I'm here so late. They had to take me to some MIB place where they determined that I am not a scientist. But they did want me to pass along to you that there may be scientists coming to try to get you into a courthouse and capture you. Don't listen to them. They have no official charges on you or anything. They are just banking on your stupidity to get you. That will be all. Goodbye now.
