Bob:*thows Vicki in a tank in the basement along with Cecil* I know you're a fish, and sticking you in water isn't the best punishment, but you'll be locked in there with my brother's rotting corpse. You see, you can breathe underwater, but he can't. *laughs evilly*

*locks the latch on the lid of the tank just as Cecil has time to take one last breath*

Alright, *grabs the last vial full of essence and adds some mer-blood.*
You'll be ok, *makes him swallow the liquid which is like gel in the water then presses her lips to his, blowing in a puff of oxygen to his lungs so he can survive the transformation. As the essence immediately starts to flow through his veins the life saving gesture turns in to a passionate kiss*

Cecil: If that's what saving my life is like, you can do it any time, wait, I can speak underwater?

Just wait.. Your tail should be forming any second now...
