I didn't know that. And let me guess, each one controls their respective element and they are weak against the opposing type. In your case, you're weak against light and light is weak against darkness, for example, huh?

Yep...pretty much. But not natural or artificial light like a lamp. Just magic light...

Well...no...I shouldn't say that completely. My powers are not as strong in light, but I'm not caused pain or anything. Only light based attacks actually hurt...

So, it would hurt when I summon Alexander or use Holy against you since they are both light based?

Well, at least I'd know what I should use if I'm forced to fight you. Or rather shouldn't? I know I wouldn't want to hurt you.
