Doctor: Maybe you need to confront this other half face to face. Or...something. I don't really know how the minds of vampires work but say its like the old cliche that a character gets split into two people, one being all of their good emotions, and the other being their evil side. Maybe you need to either...go inside your own mind and fight, or somehow draw this entity out and fight it? *hopeful yet scared smile*
