Mayor: I'm here to talk about recent spottigs of creatures and monsters. I am her to Tell you this is true. We had an evil monster cornered and captured, but she had escaped. Further more, we are putting up a mandatory curfew for all citizens of monstropolis starting tonight.

Curfew? I doubt everyone will stay at home after curfew, especially revellious teenagers. Honestly, they shouldn't believe Hollywood movies.
