I think what irritates me more is that it was a waitress...they should be working. Not hugging the guests. Especially guests that don't like hugs and who's first instinct is to claw the eyes out of anyone who touches them -_-

You're right. Maybe you should complain to the hotel manager... or whoever hires waiters in the hotel restaurant :/
