Is there any reason its so painful to transform or why I can't fly?

Fang: Well...I don't really know...*examines him* You LOOK like a dragon...if not one of the weaker, lowest ranking dragons you could be. Which is PROBABLY why you can't fly yet. You have to move up in rank

How do I do that?

Fang: I don't know. But this is amazing because dragons are nearly extinct. You had people hunting them for their scales and blood and parts that could be used to make things...but over hunting and then just hunting to prove you could kill one started happening.

So, that's why you said having dragon skin is illegal. I guess the remaining dragons are kept in hidden all over the world from hunters and normal humans, right?

Fang: Most of them, yes. We have a log of all known dragons, but in this case, I wonder if we need to add you to it...

I'm not sure... Johnny rarely turns into a dragon because of the painful transformation.
