*teleports them to his parents' house*

Mom, Dad...please. Tell me the truth. Everyone tells me fragments. No one gives me a straight answer. I've heard so many conflicting things. WHO IS EMMA? Why did bat demons need her?

Jessica: We were trying to earlier, but I guess we shouldn't have woken you up...

Matt: *sigh* Emma was a shapeshifter made entirely of darkness. You probably figured that part out. What we told you about Emma was the truth. We went to her to have kids and she would curse the first born son, or any sons after if the first one managed to overcome the curse. The thing is, we don't know why. We think she was just lonely and wanted someone to rule with her. But she said some things that makes us think that once the curse has taken over, she fed on the destruction caused by the individual. She needed death and destruction to live

That doesn't really tell me anything...

Matt: Because not even we know Emma's real motives...

So why is it hard for bat demons to have children?

Jessica: It just is. There's no real reason that anyone knows of.

Matt: But being part incubus makes it harder. It's not impossible though.

So... all we could do is to keep trying when we want kids...
