*light energy starts surrounding his body and then it explodes outward, piercing through the nothingness*

*the voice screams in pain*

*the darkness starts to dissipate, bright fire and light still surrounding him*

Same here...wait! I could try to see them with Infrared light!
*Starts looking.*

*light suddenly fills the void and bursts through the door*

*his parents both jump back in surprise*

*Jumps at the light burst.*

*the light starts to fade, leaving a large sphere of swirling fire and light where Johhny disappeared*

*the darkness in the door itself starts to fade, revealing the rock walls of the cave*
