Policeman: *talking on a walkie-talkie* The criminal has been located. She has returned to turn herself in.
Me: *facepalms, and says to Sarge* Why would she do that? Now she just made her location known!

A local tragedy that killed twenty people took place at Joel’s Supermarket today, as a result of a so-called “monster.” This monster claims to be a werewolf and vampire, who caused a mass panic today at the supermarket. The panic resulted in much damage to the property, countless injuries, and as we mentioned, twenty deaths.
Our own Heather Miller interviewed this monster today. She has more details.
HEATHER: Well, today there was a serious tragedy at Joel’s Supermarket here in Monstropolis. I interviewed the clerk working at the store, Charles Grey, who gave us his eyewitness account of the incident.
*cue video*
CHARLES: It was horrendous. These people came in, and the person asked if I believe in monsters. She kept giving more and more questions about it. At first I thought it was just a prank, but soon I realized that there was a monster in my midst. She then revealed herself, and I pulled the fire alarm and yelled for everyone to get out.
*end video*
HEATHER: While that should be evident enough to see what terrible things this monster has done, there is more. Neighbor Michael George, who happened to be in the store at the time, recalls the things that the monster did to her.
*cue video*
MICHAEL: She flashed her big red eyes at me and leaped on me! I finally got off of her, and ran out into the parking lot, but then she looked up at a lamp post and yelled, “Ariba, ariba doo!” and the lamp post came down where I was. I somehow dodged it, yet it landed on another person, who is one of the people killed.

HEATHER: I later caught up with the attacker herself, here’s part of the interview.
*cue video*
GRACE: Look, that clerk had a ring on that made me have a reaction. I’m not bad.
HEATHER: So ma’am, are you really a werewolf?
GRACE: Yes. But I’m not evil!
HEATHER: How did you get these powers?
GRACE: I was born like this. And we aren’t all evil. Yes, some monsters are bad, but me and my friends are not evil!
HEATHER: If you aren’t evil, what caused this mass panic?
GRACE: Ignorant mortals...people who think every monster is evil. I’m also part vampire.
HEATHER: Are you saying you are immortal?
GRACE: No, I’m not. And, madam, this is the first time I have been in public as a vampire and there was not a mass panic!
HEATHER: Tell that to the twenty people killed in the mass exodus of people from this store. And ma’am, if there is one thing you would like to tell the general public on account of this major news story, what would it be?
GRACE: People died? I think that is a bit over dramatic. I want to tell the world that not all monsters are bad. Like you madam, what do you think I do in my spare time?
HEATHER: Twenty people did die. How do you react to that, and what do you do in your spare time?
GRACE: I am sad that people died. I never knew.

HEATHER: This werewolf vampire claims to be good, but is she? Note that how she regards herself as an immortal, yet covered it up when she caught herself. Also note that she didn’t apologize to the families or anyone...she only said that she didn’t know about the deaths and is sad.
There have already been five reports of families suing this attacker once found. One said, “we believe that she has made a very negative impact on our whole family, and we do not want that to go unpunished. I had multiple relatives killed by a fallen lamp post on account of this criminal, and for the sake of justice it is a must that she is found and locked up, possibly even killed.
Police are on a mad search to find this attacker. One officer said, and I quote, “It is imperative that we find this dangerous criminal before in addition to scaring the general public, also may be in desparate need of mental help. Upon finding of this criminal, she will immediately be sent to a mental institution where we will determine if she is insane. Regardless of that, she definitely will be going to jail for a very long time.”
