***I'm not entirely sure myself. But what I do know is that these men and women actually, are the ones who hated me and Rachel when we lived here. They were the ones always trying to kill us.***
Joseph: You four are mutant Dual-Changers. You were born in our lab beneath the city to Dual-Changer parents. We took you to do tests on you like everything else that we own down there.
Rachel: You don't own us!
Joseph: Yes I do. Now keep your mouth shut and let me finish! The tests we ran on you failed, or so we thought at the time, so when your parents died, we let you go. The same thing happened with your 'pets'. After we let them go, my son was going over the tests, and realized that they did not fail, and that you were dangerous monsters. We tried to kill you two, Melissa and Rachel, but you escaped. Jake then decided to track your little 'pets' in order to find you.
Jake: I was mad at you for escaping, so I decided to find you by following the mutant cats.
(Be right back, gotta go eat dinner.)

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

*hold onto Johnny, frowning while listening to Joseph and Jake*

*get mad and speak in a dangerously calm voice*
They are no monsters, but you are.

 

[PanthraDion]

Joseph: *In an innocent voice* So you are calling us monsters? When all that we are trying to do is to rid the world of four strong and powerful menaces. *Voice takes on a mocking tone* Are you one of their friends? I didn't think it possible for the monsters to make friends.

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

Just because they are no humans or normal cats doesn't it mean they're monsters. Those who kill innocent people for no reason at all are the real monsters.

 

[Sgt Floyd]

So by your definition of monsters, you are not, despite being mutant lizard freaks?

 

[PanthraDion]

Jake: We made ourselves better and stronger! In no way does that make us freaks!
Rachel: ***I don't like the way that this is going.***
***Same here.*** So Joseph, what do you want with us?
Joseph: What do I want? Well, I want you back, of course. *Cackles*

 

[Sgt Floyd]

But if none of you are human, how does that make you any more superior to her? You are all monsters by definition

Joseph: Ah, nice question youngster, but I have a better counter. You see, we all know exactly what our limits are. We knew that from the moment that we made ourselves better and stronger. Melissa, Rachel, and their 'pets' do not know the full extent of their powers, and they never will. This means that they can do anything at anytime. It is my right, as the president of the Lekton Scientists, to re-claim my lost property!

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

You aren't human, no matter what you claim. And Melissa and Rachel have more humanity than you two could ever have.
