How come my boyfriend and his female form are suddenly two separate beings? Is this some kind of joke or is it real? Can somebody explain it to me before my brain explodes?

*Ember sits on the bed next to Yuna*

*Gives Yuna a smug look*

Oh I get it.

*roll my eyes good-naturedly*

You made a copy of your male form, just like you did the day I confronted Mister Stinky, and you are the real one.

You do know it's still a few months until April 1st, don't you?

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Johnny: What?!? You think THAT'S the real me? *turns demon*

Ember: One of us is the real "Johnny"...*turns male* You just gotta figure out which one

Alright, this is confusing. You both look like the real deal. Did I even wake up next to the real Johnny this morning?

... How can I figure this out? Maybe there's something only the real Johnny knows but no copy of him?

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Johnny 1: When I said we should play a game, I meant it...
Johnny 2: Here's a hint...technically, neither of us are "copies" in the traditional sense...meaning...that trick won't work.
Johnny 1: Think about it. We both have powers...normal shadow copies don't.

That's true, the copy you made to accompany me when I confronted Mister Stinky couldn't really help battling me.

Hm, I guess one of you doesn't have all the powers the real Johnny got and when I saw you turning from female into demon, it was before you suggested a game. But then I had a shower, long enough for you to make a - for the lack of better word - copy. So, for all I know when I got back here after getting dressed, the Ember sitting on the bed could have been the "copy" and the Johnny who arrived after I howed her a pic of him might be the real one and Johnny saying he got up early to get me a present was just something to confuse me. I guess the real Johnny is the one I saw turning into a demon while the "copy" is the one who can only switch between male and female...
