I don't know when it started, all I know is that I wanted to be with you. And I don't think I would have told you if you hadn't told me first; I was afraid things might become awkward between us if you didn't reciprocate my feelings.

I'm glad too. And now let's get our new furniture into the house

You know, we can use our furniture from the apartmen to furnish the house. I mean, why get rid of them when they're still in a good condition? We could put our old beds in the guest bedroom.

We could, and we don't even have to go back and get everything

*gets everything out of the van and teleports it into the house*

And now we go inside and teleport our stuff here...

Although, I'm not really sure if it is technically teleportation or more summoning, since everything kinda materializes out of darkness...meh...details details

Yep, the bedrooms would be the best place to start. Then I'd say living room, bathroom and kitchen. Oh, and we need a place for Spike and Golbez to sleep.
