Fang: Every couple thousand years, we get what is called a "black moon." Now, this isn't really anything significant to normal astronomers. Its really just a normal new moon, but the alignment of celestial objects causes it to have different effects on certain monsters...

Fang: It just depends on the monster and if they meet certain conditions. For most non-canine were-creatures like me, all that will happen is we will be forced to transform and possibly be stronger than normal. Canine were-creatures...it makes them even more dangerous and more violent...nearly unstoppable. And for demons...
