Should we go and see what's going on in the city? We'll have to take a car, I'm sure my bike was destroyed in the rampage after leaving it at the park :/

Sounds like they are talking about when this happened before. Apparently, the dragon was rampaging a lot longer than this time...the witches actually revealed themselves to have been the people to summon it.

Man, no wonder people hate monsters...

Apparently, the witches were bragging about how a new "dawn of monsters" was starting and they thought this dragon would be able to be used to control the humans, and just scare them into doing what they wanted.

Yeah, and we see how well that worked -_-
