*points at the levitating bracelet*
Somebody put this little piece of poop on me and I couldn't use my powers. I thought you guys could take a look at it.

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Rex: *takes bracelet* Hmm...interesting. Well, you are right. These things prevent any creatures from using their powers. We actually use these things on our most dangerous of prisoners. An interesting thing to note is that the wearer will be forced into their human state and essentially render their powers undetectable. Thats something we haven't quite worked out. If one of the prisoners escaped, it makes them hard to find with our tracking equipment.

Than do you know anything about the guy who put the bracelet on?

OOC: I should have said "OOC" when I said I don't know what Sarge looks like.

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

But why did somebody put this bracelet on me just like that? Is he afraid of witches?

Rex: "Well, in the past there was a witch who tried to destroy the world. It was a hard battle but we won after losing many of our men. Maybe he was afraid of you trying to do the same?"

Why would I want to destroy the earth? It's the only planet with chocolate.

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Rex: I think the real question is how did anyone get one in the first place. We usually keep them locked up...although a few did go missing a few years back...

 

[Vincent L]

Did you find the missing bracelets? The mysterious someone might have got hold of it.

 

[Sgt Floyd]

Rex: I thought we did but its possible that one or two were unaccounted for

 

[Yuna Leonhart]

Maybe the guy who put it on me used to be with the MIB but quit?

Rex: "Now that you mention it, we had someone with us, Agent Sheep. He was a dog demon. He quit around the same time when some of the bracelets went missing."

I wonder if he was the culprit?

Perhaps we should try to track down the mysterious guy in a trench coat.

But it would be hard to find him in case he also wears a bracelet.
