You know what I always wondered? Why this place is called Monstropolis. It just seems odd. I mean, monsters do live here, but they are still pretty much feared...

That's a good question. With a name like this, you would expect monsters to walking around, going to work and such without the need to disguise themselves. Kind of like the city of the same name from Monsters, Inc.

Maybe whoever founded this place loved irony a little too much.

They should really consider changing the name to something more fitting...like Amity Park

But now I wonder if some monsters in this city scare children for a living. Or if this happens only in Monsters, Inc. XD
