So apparently Nick is going to start doing with ALVINNN like PBS does with ARTHUR, and air new episodes for a week every few months or so. . . . and they're still breaking up the new episodes in half, which is getting really annoying.
Better get used to that. That's pretty much the state of just about every cartoon now. Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Regular Show, SpongeBob etc all break each episode in half. It's been common practice since about the time "Phineas and Ferb" started in 2008.and they're still breaking up the new episodes in half, which is getting really annoying.
Well, good to see Nick is giving The Loud House a chance. I hope they treat this show much better than they have their other current shows (besides SpongeBob and Alvin). If you ask me, I think animation should be completely running the channel but unfortunately they only want to show those terrible tween sitcoms that aren't even very popular.I don't rightly know what's going on - we're supposed to get new episodes next week, however I see Nick's changed their schedule again, and put more SpongeBob and some other new show called THE LOUD HOUSE in ALVINNN's slot; I don't know if this is temporary, or if they'll air the new episodes during their afternoon slot instead.
Sadly Nick seems to be doing this with Miraculous Ladybug, which they quietly dumped onto Nicktoons, despite the series pulling in fairly good ratings.I'm glad Alvin was a hit enough for them to not burn through it, dump it on Nicktoons for a few months, and forget about it entirely.
