So what? Fleshing out the characters is okay, for every relationship--even a perfectly matched one--needs some variety!

Just pointing out that The Chipettes aren't COMPLETELY similar (in their looks and personalities) to The Chipmunks, and they although they may be "made for each other", they also date other people.
