Oh man, Warrick that looks amazing!!! It's like they're shooting an episode (with Kermit's camera set up like that in front).
That is way cool!!!

Any way you could get a high quality scan of one of those arches? I've been thinking of making something similar out of sturdy cardboard and color print-outs.

That is very cool Warrick!

hey i was thinking, could Palisades make something like this the same way still out of carboard and make it a little bigger, they could sell if for maybe 10 or 15 bucks to club memembers? it would be cheep to make, and it could come in a few pices that you put togther yourself. that looks like it belongs with the figures.

even if a stage set is made it wouldn't really have arches like this, so i don't thik it would keep people from buying the stage, i know the idea has been thought up of for the PVC's.

maybe it could have 12 slots and a pit band area?all made of cardboard.

I guess you would not want to make it too much like the theather so maybe not S& W's belcony, but this could really be cool, there will be tons of figures to display with CC and ex and such, people might buy a few of them, plus the figures won't all fit on the stage and playsets anyways.

Zack)Rowlf the, what do ya think? Dog.

Over the past couple of days i have been thinking about this too so it's funny you should raise it. I was looking in the attic for my Transformers S.T.A.R.S playset which was basically just a big ol heap of painted up cardboard that came flat and slotted together which you needed to mail in for. I thought it'd be cool if Palisades first mail in Muppet promotion could be either the arches or theatre. I'm sure it would still cost a bit to produce but it needn't be limited to the collectors club. Now they have this preview leaflet coming packed with figures in the later waves there is the opportunity to advertise the 'mail in' there to a wider consumer base - just have people send a cheque for the amount or pay at the website and say its limited to the first XXXX applicants.
